Outside in surfing parlance is where the best waves are breaking. It's where you want to go when you go surfing. It's where the crowd is and all the people gathered together waiting for the best wave. Outside is where we most want to get after the breaking waves. It's outside where I meet my friends, and the vibe of the crowd. Where I reflect on life and am grateful for being able to experience surfing. Where I need to learn to deal with my courage, adrenaline, my fears and insecurities to catch a bigger wave, take a rough ride, take a risk on a maneuver and evolve. Wait for my moment, respect and be respected. Surfing is therapy and lifestyle. And it's there, on the outside, where not only me but everyone who plays the sport experiences this.
The brand came to convey all these feelings that I, Caroline Pascoal, have for surfing. Reinventing women's surfing fashion, with style and comfort, is Outside's responsibility for the coming years.
Because there aren't many Brazilian brands focusing on women's surfing. Since I started surfing I've always felt the need for more options and for brands to deliver their clothes better. Both neoprene and bikini models aimed at surfing. Providing comfort and safety, but with a Brazilian feel and modeling.
We want to provide comfort and a deep connection with the ocean. Being part of the best surfing experience for women.
