First of all, here at Outside, we always value the satisfaction of our customers! Our exchange and returns policy meets your needs and is based on the Consumer Protection Code.

We guarantee a quality product and we try to have photos on our website that clearly show our products, with very detailed descriptions, seeking to exceed your expectations and reduce the intention to exchange.

THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED DIDN'T FIT AND NEEDS TO BE EXCHANGED?

- From the moment your order arrives at your home, you have 7 calendar days to request an exchange.

- To be faster, contact us via whatsapp or send us an email to: outsidesurfwearonline@gmail.com, in the subject put “EXCHANGE” and in the body of the email you need to include proof of payment, the reason of the exchange, the part you are exchanging and which part you wish to exchange for.

WANT TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

The return period is up to 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the respective order.

Send an email to outsidesurfwearonline@gmail.com, in the subject put “RETURN” and in the body of the email justify the reason for the return to be completed.

See the conditions for exchange or return:

- Only unwashed, unused and odor-free products will be accepted;

- Items that have been altered by the customer (examples: seams, cuff adjustment, etc.) will not be accepted;

- The product must be intact and the exchange label affixed to the part;

- Products after the exchange deadline will not be accepted;

- If the product is defective due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer.

If you have obtained a discount on your purchase, relating to a promotional action, your refund will be the amount paid, considering this discount!

After your request, we will send you a code to the same email you made your purchase.

With this code you will not need to pay anything to return it. The first exchange is on us!

The code will only be sent once. It has a deadline of 7 days for you to take the product to the indicated agency or location. If the time exceeds, it will not be possible to send another code. The exchange will be at the customer's expense.

The product can be packed in the same box/bag that we sent to you. (If your order was ordered by Motoboy and arrived in our bag with handle, you can send the exchange in a regular envelope or cardboard box that you have).

SEE THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

- The product must be intact with the tag and labels attached to the piece;

- Only products without signs of use or washing and without odors will be accepted;

- Items that have been altered by the customer (examples: seams, cuff adjustment, etc.) will not be accepted;

- Products after the exchange deadline will not be accepted;

- If the product is defective due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer.


So make sure the product is ok before sending!

If you have obtained a discount on your purchase, relating to a promotional action, your refund will be the amount paid, considering this discount!

When the order arrives at our store, a quality control analysis will be carried out so that we can certify that the above standards have been met. Once the product has been shipped, it will not be possible to change this choice (exchange or return).


Products sent that do not comply with the standards will be returned and the right to exchange will be lost.

If everything is correct, after we receive your exchange here, it will take up to 10 working days for a code to be sent to you by email with the credit you have on our website with the value of the products you returned.

And then you make a new purchase by applying this coupon at the end of your order.


If it is a return, all the rules above apply and you will receive proof of refund instead of credit.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

*ATTENTION! If you do not receive an “Easy Exchange” email in your registered email within 24 hours, contact us immediately!

*The exchange coupon has a period of 30 days to be used! If you exceed this time, it will not be possible to generate a new coupon!

*After entering your discount coupon, you need to click "apply" for it to work!

*The exchange coupon does not accumulate! In other words, the coupon can only be used once, and if you have not used the entire amount, it cannot generate a refund, or a new coupon! If the entire value has not been used, it cannot be used in the future.

*We do not reserve the part you want in exchange.

*Your refund (refund) may take up to 30 days or 2 invoices to get back to you, after receiving proof of refund sent by us, depending on your bank and card operator! If your purchase was made in installments, your refund may also be returned in installments!

*Parts that fail quality control are sent back to you.

*If you have requested a RETURN (refund), and your card was cloned/lost/cancelled before we processed your return, please contact us immediately!
